沿革【History of Nichiden】

1978年 6月 June 1978	東京都荒川区東日暮里に株式会社日電を設立資本金550万円 Nichiden Co., Ltd established in Higashi-Nippori Tokyo with start-up capital 5million JPY.
1980年 8月 August 1980	資本金660万円に増資 The capital was increased to 6.6million JPY.
1981年 3月 March 1981	茨城県取手市に茨城支店設立岩手県盛岡市に東北支店設立資本金1100万円に増資 Ibaraki branch opened in Toride Ibaraki and Tohoku branch opened in Morioka Iwate. The capital was increased to 11million JPY.
1983年 3月 March 1983	岩手県盛岡市に株式会社日電を設立と同時に東北支店を閉鎖 Tohoku-Nichiden Co., Ltd established in Morioka Iwate; at the same time tohoku branch closed.
1983年 8月 August 1983	株式会社日電（墨田）設立 Sumida-Nichiden Co., Ltd established in Sumida Tokyo.
1989年 9月 September 1989	資本金3300万円に増資 The Capital was increased to 33million JPY.
1991年 7月 July 1991	東北日電と合併、資本金3345万円に成る Sumida-Nichiden Co., Ltd formed a merger with Tohoku-Nichiden Co., Ltd. The capital was increased to 33.45million JPY.
